Pet Policy at SDMG Property Management

At SDMG Property Management, we understand the importance of having pets in your life. That’s why we welcome various breeds of cats and dogs, as well as other pets such as fish and hermit crabs. Our pet policy allows typically 2 pets per property, however, some properties may allow for more, and some have a no-pet policy, so be sure to include all pets on your application.

We require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per furry friend, however, some properties may have waived the pet fees. Please note that it is against our pet policy to house any pets that are not listed on your lease agreement.

Service Dog Policy

We welcome service animals as they provide necessary assistance to those who require it. At SDMG Property Management, we do not charge any fees for service animals. However, we do require that a tenant provides documentation of the animal’s status as a service animal. This allows us to ensure that the animal is properly trained and certified to provide assistance to its owner
